Return & Exchange Policy

At Gym Armour, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience is our top priority. We have a 14-day exchange/return policy. You can request for exchange/return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange/ Refund

  • Customized articles will not be refunded or exchanged in any case.
  • Items are qualified for exchange only if they are unworn, unwashed, wrong size or defected in any way.
  • All pictures displayed on our website are of the original products. However, due to difference in monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoot, the exact color of the final item may vary slightly. Therefore, products cannot be returned for this reason.
  • Any item that is on SALE cannot be returned. Only size can be exchanged for items on SALE.
  • No exchange/refund can be accepted for underwear and socks for hygiene reasons.
  • To get the amount refunded, Customer will self-dispatch the parcel.
  • The returned parcel for refund remains your responsibility until the goods are received into our warehouse.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products. Your shipping costs are non-refundable.

NOTE:

  1. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund. Customer can only exchange of those items within 7 days of receipt of products.
  2. New price will be charged if the same item was purchased during sale and in case sale is over at the time of exchange request.

The following scenarios release GymArmour from the liability of exchange and/or refund. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • An Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged due to use or mishandling by the customer.
  • The customer changed his/her mind or didn’t check the product specifications at the time of purchase.

 

Process for Exchange

To request for exchange you may contact our customer service representative (+923014868585) within 14 days after receiving your order. Your exchange order will be placed by our representative. The rider will deliver your exchange item and you will be requested to hand over the previously delivered item to the same rider. You must share the following information to apply for an exchange:

  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Item required in exchange
  • A picture of the article received (if necessary)

Note: Replacement charges of Rs. 300/- will be applicable.

If the required size of article for exchange is out of stock and was purchased during sale, customer either can replace the article with another available article (pay the difference) or Online Voucher may be issued which can be used while placing next order.

 

Process for Refund

To request for a refund you may contact our customer service representative within 14 days after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation message from our representative to proceed with the refund process. You will be requested to ship the item at the below mentioned address and share a receipt of the courier on our WhatsApp (+923014868585). After verifying the products received, our representative will contact you for your bank details to process the refund. The refund process may take 7 days after your items are received by our team.

Note: The delivery charges are non-refundable.
